* Exercise on a regular basis. You don't have to exercise daily but you do want to exercise at least three times a week.
* Moisturize your skin with various skin treatments that are relative to your skin type. This will help to keep your skin clean and fresh.
By doing these few things on a regular basis, you will be doing more for your skin care than most people do in a years time. Your skin will always be a part of you so take care of it like you do the rest of your body.
